PARKER HOUSE ESTATES – This unique historic development consists of nine affordable rental units located in the Bluff Historic District.  NHS owns and manages this complex.

HILLCREST  – This unique housing opportunity for low-moderate income seniors opened in 1995.  NHS is the non-profit partner of this 67-unit development on Beloit’s far Westside.  

COMMERCIAL RENTAL SITES – NHS owns and manages two commercial rental sites in Beloit’s Downtown District.
